RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. This is your statutory right and nothing in this policy affects it.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your item by contacting us at support@nocontextclo.com. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at support@nocontextclo.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Return Shipping Costs If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping in full.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@nocontextclo.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: personalised or custom made-to-order items, sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
